These terms cover your use of this website, operated by AVIR Studio (“AVIR”, “we”, “us”), and explain how AVIR’s digital products are offered here.

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

Using this website, product information, purchases, support and your dealings with AVIR.

Product license terms

What you may do with a product: projects, commercial or client use, and redistribution.

You are welcome to browse this website, view product previews and live demos, and contact AVIR about our products.

Please use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website or other visitors. The limits are set out in Prohibited use.

AVIR designs and builds its own digital products for the web. Current releases: Roqi (Premium React Template).

Products are supplied as digital files, such as source code, assets and documentation, rather than physical goods.

Each product page describes what is included, the technology used and any requirements. Review that information, and the live demo where there is one, to check that a product suits your project.

AVIR products are licensed, not sold. AVIR keeps ownership of each product; your right to use one comes from the license that applies to it.

A license sets out what you may do with a product, such as how many projects it can be used for, whether it can be used commercially or for clients, and whether it can be redistributed. When purchasing is available, each purchase will be subject to the license selected at checkout.

AVIR’s Product License Terms have not been published yet. Until they are, product terms and usage rights are agreed directly with AVIR Studio; please use our Contact page for licensing questions.

These website terms do not themselves grant a license to any product.

Products cannot currently be purchased on this website.

When purchasing is available, this section will explain how orders are placed and which checkout provider handles payment, tax and invoicing.

AVIR products are digital, so nothing is shipped.

How purchased products are delivered has not been published yet.

No product prices are published on this website at the moment. When purchasing is available, prices will be shown on product pages and at checkout.

AVIR’s refund and cancellation policy has not been published yet.

Product pages show the current version and, where available, a changelog of released changes.

An update can change how a product works or what it includes, so check the changelog and documentation before updating a project.

Whether future updates are included with a license, and for how long, has not been published yet.

For help with an AVIR product, use our Contact page or email hello@avir.studio. Include the product name, its version and a description of the issue, with the steps to reproduce it.

Support periods, response times and what support covers have not been published yet.

Unless stated otherwise, this website’s design, text, graphics and code, and the AVIR name and logo, belong to AVIR or are used with permission. AVIR’s products belong to AVIR, apart from third-party material they include.

You may not copy or reuse this website’s content or AVIR’s branding without permission, except where the law allows it.

AVIR products can include or rely on third-party material, such as open-source libraries, fonts, icons and photography. That material stays subject to its own license, which may differ from the AVIR product license.

Check a product’s documentation for third-party credits and license notes (Roqi, for example, includes asset credits), and replace demo content where it asks you to before you publish.

When using this website or AVIR products, do not:

• use them in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• try to access parts of the website or its systems that you are not authorised to access;
• disrupt, damage or overload the website, or introduce malicious code;
• share, resell or redistribute AVIR products or their source files, except as a product license allows;
• use the AVIR name or logo in a way that suggests AVIR endorses you or your work, without permission.

Products, previews and live demos shown on this website can change, and AVIR may update, replace or withdraw them.

Live demos are separate websites and may occasionally be unavailable.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, and product details are based on each product’s own files and documentation. Details can change between versions, so check a product’s documentation and version information before relying on them.

Browser targets and requirements describe how a product is built. They are not a guarantee that it will work in every environment, or after changes you make.

AVIR’s limitation of liability terms have not been published yet.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

AVIR may update these terms, for example when purchasing becomes available and product license terms are published. The current version is always on this page.

Released changes to a product are listed in its changelog.

The law and courts that govern these terms have not been specified yet.
